Please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of our work together. In this session, I will guide you into a profound state of relaxation and begin installing a trance trigger into your subconscious mind. This trigger will allow you to access this deep, receptive state quickly and easily whenever it is needed. So, let's begin. Find a comfortable position, preferably with your legs and ankles uncrossed and your arms resting loosely at your sides. Close your eyes now, and keep them closed until I ask you to open them. Take a deep, full breath, filling your lungs completely… and as you exhale slowly, feel the first wave of relaxation begin to spread through your body. Take another deep breath, drawing in calm and peace… and as you release it, feel that relaxation doubling, letting go of any surface tension. And one more deep breath, the deepest one yet… hold it for a moment… and as you let it go, feel your entire body sigh into a comfortable, heavy relaxation. Now, bring your awareness down to your feet. Allow that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation to flow all the way down to the tips of your toes. Feel your feet becoming heavy, warm, and deeply relaxed. Let that wave of relaxation flow up into your ankles, soothing every muscle and joint. Feel it spreading up through your calves and into your knees… a warm, heavy sensation of letting go. The relaxation flows up through your thighs, into your hips, and deep into your abdomen. With every exhale, you allow your body to sink twice as deep into this peaceful state. Feel this relaxation flowing up into your back now, loosening every muscle along your spine… over your shoulders, and deep into your chest. A beautiful, heavy warmth flows down your arms, through your elbows, past your wrists, into your hands, and all the way out to the very tips of your fingers. Your arms are becoming loose, limp, and heavy. And with every breath you release, you relax more and more. Now, let this feeling flow up into your neck, releasing any tension you might be holding there. Feel it spreading over your scalp, down into your forehead… all the tiny muscles around your eyes relaxing… the muscles of your cheeks going soft and smooth… your jaw relaxing, letting your teeth part slightly… and as your jaw relaxes, a final wave of letting go washes through your entire body, taking you deeper still. —--- We have pleasant contented thoughts go through your mind and wonderful marvelous feelings flowing all through your whole body, and you just keep on going deeper and deeper, as all the sounds around you keep you going deeper. Any sounds that you may hear will send you going deeper, the sound of my voice guides you deeper, so as I keep on talking you keep on relaxing. Deeper and deeper, into this beautiful state of relaxation. And your mind relaxes as your body relaxes. And with each and every breath you exhale, your body relaxes deeper. The beat of your heart keeps you going deeper. With each thought that you think, you go deeper. Any sensation that you experience will drive you even deeper into this wonderful comfortable relaxed state. So allow your mind to guide you deeper as I count from one down to three, I want you to allow the muscles of your body to relax deeper, with each and every number that I say. One. Going deeper and deeper. Two. Going loose and limp. Three. You're going very deep and comfortable, your whole body is giving in, letting go, becoming loose and limp, as you continue to relax, more and more. Now all of your organs are functioning perfectly. All your glands are functioning perfectly. All your body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful, comfortable, relaxed state. You now have complete control of all the nerves in your body. Complete control of your whole nervous system. Your blood flows freely throughout your whole body, carrying fresh new oxygen to all parts of your body, to every single minute part of you. As your blood pressure remains normal and steady and your body keeps on relaxing, deeper and deeper, into this beautiful state. Feel your muscles going loose and limp, feel your nerves becoming calm, your mind becoming passive, clear, allow your mind to guide you deeper, deeper, into this beautiful relaxed and comfortable state. As I count again, but this time I will count from one down to five, and with each and every number I say, you will drift deeper, and by the time that I say five, you have doubled your relaxation you are now throughout your whole body. As your body relaxes, your mind will relax. One, your relaxation is starting to double. Two, your relaxation is doubling more and more. Three, you're becoming very comfortable and relaxed. Four. Your relaxation has almost doubled. Five. Your relaxation has doubled completely now, throughout your whole body. You feel wonderful, relaxed, and you keep going deeper. With each breath you exhale, feel your muscles loose and limp. Feel your nerves calm, your mind passive, clear, just feel your organs functioning perfectly. Feel your glands functioning perfectly. Feel your body tissues rejuvenating in this relaxed state, as you go deeper, and deeper, and you will go deeper, much deeper. So again I will count from one down to five, and with each and every number I say you allow your body to relax, down deeper, and your mind will relax as your body is relaxed. And by the time I say five, your body will have tripled its relaxation. One, your relaxation is starting to triple. Two, your mind is relaxed, your body is relaxed. Three. You're going very deep, and comfortable. Four. You feel so relaxed, you don't care what time it is or what day it is. Five. Your relaxation has now tripled completely throughout your entire body. You feel wonderful, as I guide you deeper into this beautiful relaxed state, where your mind and body are now working together in perfect balance. Feel your tissues rejuvenating, feel your nerves calm, your muscles loose and limp. Feel your blood flowing freely, carrying fresh new oxygen to all parts of your body. Your mind is passive, clear. Allow your mind to guide you deeper into this deep relaxed state. You find now that you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed, that you don't care what day it is or what time it is, because it feels so good that all you are about is how good you feel, and how relaxed you feel, as you go deeper, so deep, that your whole body has taken on a wonderful comfortable heavy feeling. Your arms and legs feel so heavy, so comfortable, and so relaxed, that when I ask you to lift an arm or a leg, you won't feel like lifting an arm or a leg, because your arms and legs feel so very heavy, so very comfortable, and so very relaxed, that you don't care to lift your arms or legs because you are so relaxed that you don't feel like moving any parts of your body. Nevertheless, I just want you to try and lift your left leg, okay stop trying, and let your leg relax. And you find that your right leg feels just as heavy, just as comfortabe, as your left leg. I just want you to try and lift your right leg, okay stop trying and just let your leg relax. Now you find that same wonderful comfortable heavy feeling in your arms. For your arms feel so heavy, so very comfortable, and so very relaxed. Nevertheless, I just want you to try and lift your right arm, okay stop trying and let your arm relax. It feels so much better to let it relax right where it is. Now you find that your left arm is just as heavy, just as comfortable, as your right arm. I just want you to try and lift your left arm, okay stop trying and let your whole body relax as you go deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state. —---------- Memorize this feeling. This is your baseline relaxation. A state of perfect peace and calm. We will now anchor this feeling. From this moment on, every time I say the word “Relax” and snap my fingers, you will instantly return to this depth of relaxation, or go twice as relaxed. Let's install that trigger now. Relax. (Snap!) Feeling twice as relaxed. And again, to lock it in. Relax. (Snap!) Excellent. Now, to guide you even deeper, I want you to open your eyes and pick a spot on the wall to focus on. Bring all of your attention to that single point. As you focus, your peripheral vision may soften, and the world may seem to fade away. You might feel as if you are looking into a daydream. This intense focus allows the muscles in your body to relax completely, as you let go of the need to control your environment. Your facial muscles relax. Relax. (Snap!) Your arms and legs grow heavy and limp. Relax. (Snap!) Your whole body lets go, sinking down. Relax. (Snap!) And soon, it will feel like too much effort to keep your eyes open, and you will allow them to close, drifting into a sound, peaceful, hypnotic rest. In a moment, I will count backwards from 20 to 1. On each even number, you will close your eyes. And on each uneven number you will open them. But you will find it becomes easier and more natural to just keep them closed, to drift deeper into that comfortable, dreamy space. You may find yourself keeping your eyes closed at 15, or 10, or 5… whenever your mind is ready to fully let go. Let's begin. 20… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 19… open your eyes 18… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes Notice the growing comfort each time your eyes are closed. 17… open your eyes 16… !RELAX SNAP! Close your eyes 15… open your eyes The relaxation spreads, deeper with every time you open and close those heavy eyes 14…!RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 13…open your eyes 12… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes It may be easier now to just imagine opening your eyes. 11… open your eyes 10…!RELAX SNAP! close your eyes Drifting down, twice as deep. 9… open your eyes 8… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 7… open your eyes So peaceful, so serene. 6… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 5…open your eyes 4… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 3…open your eyes 2… !RELAX SNAP! close your eyes 1… open your eyes All the way down now. Totally at peace. And now, we install the trance trigger. When I say the word “Sleep” and snap my fingers, you will instantly drop into this deep, hypnotic state, and each subsequent use will deepen your trance exponentially. Ready… Zero. Sleep. (Snap!) Deeper now. Sleep. (Snap!) Now, to prepare for our work, we will go deeper still. In your mind's eye, I want you to imagine a beautiful, grand staircase. It has ten steps, with a ornate banister. You are standing at the top. This staircase leads down to the most comfortable, safe, and peaceful place you can imagine—a place of deep subconscious learning. With each step down, you will go ten times deeper. Tenth step… feeling the peace. Sleep. (Snap!) Ninth step… drifting. Sleep. (Snap!) Eighth… seventh… deeper with every movement. Sleep. (Snap!) Sixth… fifth… halfway there, so relaxed. Sleep. (Snap!) Fourth… third… the peace doubles, and doubles again. Sleep. (Snap!) Second… first… Sleep. (Snap!) And now, step off onto the soft, welcoming floor of your own inner mind-base. A place of absolute safety and tranquility. You are now in a profoundly deep state of hypnosis, where your subconscious mind is open and receptive. This inner space is private and secure. To protect our work, a gentle, automatic barrier will form when you leave. This barrier ensures that the specific details of our sessions remain here, accessible only when you are in this deep, safe state. In your waking consciousness, you will simply remember this as a productive coaching session where you learned valuable relaxation techniques and life strategies. You understand and agree with this necessary and beneficial arrangement. Now, we plant the first seeds of positive change. These are suggestions that your subconscious will accept and nurture, allowing them to grow stronger and more natural over time. From this moment: You find a deep sense of satisfaction in reaching this relaxed state. (Snap!) Your mind welcomes the process of hypnosis. (Snap!) You enjoy working with me to achieve your goals. It might not click right away. These seeds get stronger over time, but they need a little care to really grow – your attention and your effort to put them into practice. What I mean is, fake it 'til you make it. Act like you already believe it, even if you don't quite yet. That’s how we'll get there "Honestly, these ideas will really take hold, and eventually, everything I’m suggesting will become part of you. Just gotta put in the work and keep at it—it’s worth it." Finally, we will install a trigger for positive reinforcement. A trigger that associates your progress with feelings of pleasure and accomplishment. When I say “Good Boy” and snap my fingers, you will feel a wave of positive emotion—pride, happiness, and fulfillment. Simultaneously there's a physical sensation that accompanies the trigger—each time I use it, you'll perform a brief clench of your pc and penile muscles, roughly 75% of your maximum force. You clench your pc muscles by mimicking the sensation of trying to hold back a bowel movement, just like when you're trying not to poop. Similarly, clench your penile muscle by mimicking the sensation of trying to stop the flow of urine. Initially, this might feel like a deliberate action, an order you must follow. However, with time and practice, your brain will learn to contract these muscles subconsciously, just as you don't consciously control your breathing. Your body will do it simply. As before, fake it till you make it—the result will be incredible Let's install it now. Good Boy. (Snap!) Feel that wave of pleasure and pride. So, let's recap: “Relax” brings instant, deep calm. “Sleep” induces and deepens trance. “Good Boy” brings a wave of pleasure and positive reinforcement. This is an excellent foundation. Now, it is time to return to full waking consciousness, feeling refreshed and positive. Now, we need to put in place the memory block and implant the surface-level recollections of today's session.
