Spirit Walk - F

This file is about you.  As simple as that.  And yet not so simple, as this file is not about the mask that we present to the world.  This file is about another you.  One that exists deep within.  Maybe you know her already, or maybe she exists for you only as a stray thought.  But this file aims to discover the wonderful girl buried within you.  To let you hear her voice in your mind, and in doing so, to know yourself better.

And with that in mind, I'd like you to begin this journey with me.  We'll begin our journey, as all great journeys are begun, very simply.  In fact, we're going to begin our journey with a single breath.  But as this breath is the beginning of our journey together.  I want you to make it a deep breath.  Letting your mind focus on all the sensations of that breath. filling your lungs.  and holding for a moment perhaps, before letting it go.  And once we've taken that first breath, perhaps you'll take another.  Feeling as you do how that breath seems to sink into your body.  Relaxing your muscles.  Calming your mind.  Just nice deep breaths.  Continuing to breathe so wonderfully deep.  Letting every breath in fill you with calm, gentle relaxation, which sinks into your body and mind as you hold it.  And breathing out, letting that breath carry away all the worries, all the stresses, all the tensions that you might have been feeling.  So easy to let your body relax, as you listen to my words.  Trusting them to guide your mind and body, so that all other thoughts can just slip away.  slipping away as my words sink into your thoughts.  Relaxing you even more.  Guiding your mind as you begin to drift.  So very relaxed... comofrtable...safe... deeper and deeper, the words sink into your mind.  Deeper and deeper with every word.  As you drift... down and down, into a nice, deep, state of trance.  So easy to drift here with me, with my words comforting you... relaxing you... guiding you down and down.  deeper and deeper into you mind.  to the very deepest part of your mind.  the part of your mind, where your conscious self can just lose track.  all thoughts slipping away, and all my words slipping right past your conscious mind.  to your deeper mind, your subconscious.  to this deepest part of you that can only take care of you.  only my words reaching you now, all other sounds and distractions, just becoming the faintest background noise.  serving only to help you to become even more focused on my words.  my words sinking into your mind... deeper...  reaching down and down, to this deepest part of you, where each of my words, can become totally real for you.  totally true.  as you breathe... and relax... listen... and follow.  and you can imagine something for me, now, just letting the image build in your mind as I describe it.  I'd like you to image for me, just a girl.  you don't have to worry about the details yet.  for now, I'd like you just to imagine the first outlines of her figure.  perhaps as if seeing her from a distance, or through a fog.  yet through this fog you can see her, can make out the shape of her body, the way she stands.  and as you imagine that, you may notice yourself relaxing even further, becoming more comfortable, more focused, this wonderful trance still building in your mind.  So you can take a step closer to her.  And as you do, perhaps you can make out her hair now.  How long it is, the color,  perhaps you can even make out a faint hint of its scent on the breeze.  as you sink deeper.  deeper and deeper as you move closer and closer to her.  and the deeper you sink, the closer you move.  and the closer you are, the clearer this perfect picture becomes in your mind.  So that you can see the shape of her features, the color of her eyes, the brightness of her smile.  closer and closer now, every details coming clear to you.  every strand of hair, every part of her body, even the color on her nails seeming so perfectly real now.  as if you could reach out right now and touch her.  and perhaps, you will reach out to her.  reaching out closer and closer, until finally you take her hand and...  suddenly you don't see her anymore, but you can tell that she's not gone.  in fact, she is closer now than anyone else could possibly be.  because you have grown so close, that you may now find yourself in that perfect body you've imagined.  Knowing it to be your own body, perfect for you, comfortable, yours.  and as you are in that body, you may find your thoughts becoming more feminine, and you may not, because this girl is you.  your female self, and she can only be as you are.  but there is one thing that all girls have, and that you must choose now for yourself.  and that is a name.  and as you are already in this body, you may find that that name too, is already within you, ready to spring from your lips at any time.  and so in a moment I'm going to ask you for that name, and when I do, I'd like you to say that name, aloud or to yourself, it doesn't matter.  but you can say that name, and know that it is yours, know that that name belongs to you, to your female self.  and know also, that from now on, whenever you want, you can return to this form.  Perceiving yourself just as much in this body as you are right now, just by repeating that name three times.  and that anytime you do that, just as now, you can remain in this body as long as you want, until you yourself use the words "male again now"  as when you use those words "male again now,"  you will find yourself in your original male body again, but knowing that your female self is still there, strong in your mind, and only waiting for you to call her name to come out again.  Now... what is your name? <pause>  yes, and once more...  let that name sink in, always true for your female self, from now on... what is your name? <pause>   very good.  Now, as you have done so well for me, I'm going to offer you a phrase, just a simple phrase, that you will hear me use in my other feminine files.  And when you hear me use that phrase in any of my files, you will find that you can return, instantly and easily, to this same wonderful, deep, comfortable trance, with your female self growing stronger within you with each and every time I use it.  and that phrase is "girl within"  whenever you hear that phrase within one of my files, you will find that it carries you down, so easily, to this perfect trance.  deeper and deeper with every use "girl within"  outside of my files, the words may have no effect on you, but even now, within my files they grow stronger in your mind.  affecting you even now, helping you go deep for me, and to let all the wonderful things we do, become strong in your mind.  Now, I'm going to count to 5, and at 5, you may find yourself once again... awake and alert, free of trance, and comfortable in your female body, for as long as you want to remain in it.  1... suggestions sinking deep into your mind  2... beginning to become alert  3... more and more   4...  almost there   5... awake and alert.. feeling very good
