You can actually see them drifting away from you and along slow spiral, maybe in like smoke from a bonfire just spiraling away from you towards this large. Why Clough? The cloud absorbs all your worries into itself, swallowing up all your fears and anxieties and becoming steadily darker all the time, until just as it reaches its darkest, just as the large part of that spiral of your worries and cares disappears inside of it, the sun bursts through dispelling every one of your worries every one of your fears and anxieties to the edges of the universe, leaving yourself totally relaxed and perfectly at ease with yourself without a single care in the world. And now all your troubles and cares have floated away. You settle yourself down into a comfortable position and just drift off into a deep and relaxing sleep. And while you sleep, you have a dream. You dream you're walking down a long corridor that stretching away in front of you in a long, gentle cur so long that you can't actually see the end of it. But you know that this corridor is in the very depths of your subconscious mind in the part of your mind that knows just what to do and just how to do it. And as you begin to move along this beautiful corridor, becoming even more relaxed, even more lazy, you realize that time and space are beginning to lose their meaning. And slowly the walls of the corridor seemed to dissolve, leaving you in a very large room. The room is full of a gentle golden light that relaxes you still further, and suddenly you realize, with a surge of inspiration and pleasure that what you once saw as limits are merely stepping stones to greater success. It suddenly dawns on you with a surge of joy and anticipation that what once seemed to you to be the limits of your personality, of your skills and abilities are nothing more than stepping stones to even greater successes. One wall of this room is like a huge television screen, with words and images flashing across it too fast for you to see you wonder where you are. It's this Mistress Carol's programming room. Then you realize that this is information being transmitted to different parts of your mind in your body, and you use your mind to will it to stop. And as you do so, the screen clears and the word ready appears in large flashing letters. And now your mind is prepared and receptive to everything I am going to say to you, and everything I say will be accepted and acted upon by your subconscious. It will have a steadily increasing effect upon the way you think the way you feel and the way you behaved over the coming days and weeks and months. Some people wonder why on earth would anybody want to exercise working their bodies so hard that they sweat and gas going red in the face, looking thoroughly uncomfortable and plain worn out? Some people. But of course, those people that wonder why anybody would want to exercise our only seen those individuals who make it look like such hard work because that gives them a good excuse not to do it themselves. They really don't want to see those who make it look easy and enjoyable, the ones who are glowing with health and vitality as a result of their exercise regime. Those who enjoy life so completely that they make it look as if life was designed around them for those people exercises enjoyable, invigorating and uplifting because exercise generates pheromones, the natural feel good hormones of our physical body. So it leaves us feeling alive and energetic, and it's a natural state for our body to be physically fit. For millions of years, our ancestors had to work with their bodies simply to survive, So it's a very natural thing to be physically fit, and because it's a natural thing, it's actually quite easy to achieve and once it's achieved, it's even easier to maintain because it's the way that were designed to be. And it's an interesting thing that everything we do feels easier and more comfortable once we've achieved that state of adequate physical fitness. Which brings us back to exercise, of course, and I wonder if you could make the word exercise into a shape. Maybe it will be the word exercise. Or maybe it will be the idea of exercise. It might be round or square or some other shape, and then give it a color, any color you like. And I'd like you to raise the four finger on your right hand when you have that colored shape in your mind. Excellent. And now I wonder if you could give that shape. A texture may be smooth, perhaps soft or rough, maybe glossy, and I don't have to know. But it's important that you can sense it in your mind. And when you can find it, just lower that finger I can. That's right. And now I want you to do whatever it needs to make it into about the size of a tennis ball. Although it might not be ball shaped just something that's the right size and wait for you to hold it easily in your hand. You might need to shrink it down. You might need to stretch it to our bend it or pump it up, and you can change it in any way that you like. Your mind knows exactly what to do to make that exercise the perfect size and weight. And when you created that tennis ball sized object and that perfect weight and the color and texture, I want you just to close your hand gently around her as a signal to me that you have found him wonderful. And now we're going to do the same thing with physical fitness. And again, it might be the word fitness or the concept of fitness. And when you're ready to start, I want you to just raise the four finger on your left hand this time good and just leave your finger lifted while you create the shape and color for fitness. Just create the shape and the color for fitness in the same way that you did for exercise, and when you have that in your mind, give it a texture that seems just right to you, just as you did for exercise. And when you have created in your mind a symbol for fitness that is just about the size of a tennis ball that you could hold comfortably in your hand. Just close your hand around it to show me that you have it excellent. And now I want you to imagine just imagine that you are juggling so easily and perfectly. But those two tennis ball size symbols, it doesn't matter if you have never juggled before. Just imagine that you can do it perfectly and recognize that it is quite possible to perform the perfect juggling act with just one of those things with just fitness are with just exercise, because one is dependent upon the other for juggling. And the more you juggle with those two with fitness and with exercise than the easier it becomes and the more fun it becomes, so that exercise and fitness seemed to work so well together, and you can make it look easy and enjoyable. Soon finding yourself to be glowing with health and vitality is the result of your exercise enjoying life so completely You make it look as if life were designed all around you. Because from this day forward, for you, exercise is enjoyable, totally invigorating and uplifting. Because exercise generates pheromones, the natural feel good hormones of your physical body. So you feel alive and energetic, so alive, so energetic that you could be an inspiration to others. And that feels good. That always feels so good when you inspire others like that. And whenever you need to increase your enthusiasm for exercise and fitness, all you need to d'oh is settle yourself down into a comfortable position and imagine your hands holding those symbols and begin to juggle them perfectly.
