You're going to do so in a very feminine style. You're going to choose very feminine exercises. You won't be going to the gym to get rock hard abs or lift weights or any of those things. No, you will choose exercises that prompt a more feminine figure. You'll consider exercises like pilates and yoga. You'll consider things that make your body both more flexible and more feminine. There's no need for you to work on your muscles. In fact that's completely contrary to what you need to do from now on. You're not trying to build muscle. You're trying to firm up your flab. You're trying to make your body attractive and feminine. And every single time you go to work out, every single time you do this, every single time you work to make your body more feminine you'll find that it also gives you a very, very deep sense of arousal and gratification. Yes, that's right, if you work out in a feminine style, if you work out doing something that will make your body look more feminine you'll find that it arouses you. You'll find that it makes you erect, that it makes you aroused, that it brings on a very high level of arousal and that at the end you also end up feeling very, very deeply gratified that you have done exactly what you should do. You'll feel feelings of wellness, of well being. You will just simply feel wonderful each time you work out in such a feminine manner. That's right, you'll want to work out in a feminine manner. You'll also want to diet in a very traditionally feminine way. You'll look into things that are very feminine. You'll drink diet drinks. You'll eat a lot of salads. You'll look into various different diets that are primarily aimed at women. That's right, you will look into dieting options that will help you control your weight and make you look more feminine. In fact, just to help reinforce the need to be so very, very feminine, you're going to find that you want to work out in a leotard or something very close thereto. Thats right, even if you're going to a gym you'll want to wear something that makes you feel feminine. Your goal is to attain a female shape and as you work on it, as you try to attain it, you'll feel a very deep sense of happiness and joy at your new body. Yes, that's right, working out, trying to reshape your body into the most feminine one available. These things are going to make you feel very happy, very good, very gratified. You're going to enjoy working out and looking this way. You're going to enjoy it so very, very much. So much so that you can't seem to stop yourself. That's right, you see, this is a curse and that means that you cannot stop yourself. You cannot stop yourself from going and getting a leotard and picking it out and exercising in it. You can't stop yourself from choosing dieting techniques that are very, very feminine. You can't stop the arousal that you get when you go to pilates with all the women to work on your skin tone and your muscles, to work on your body and make it feel more feminine and more girlish. In fact you may even find yourself going out and doing other things to make it feel more girlish, things to work on your skin and make it feel better. But that's not the entire goal here. The real goal is to work out in the most feminine style possible. You will choose very traditional feminine exercises. You will choose things that will slim and tone you. Yes, these are the kinds of words that you like, things that will make you more flexible. You will not focus on your muscle. Muscle is not important to you. In fact too much muscle just simply looks wrong. No, you wish to be slimmer, you wish to be trimmer, you wish to be more attractive and doing that requires working out in a much more feminine manner, dieting in a much more feminine manner. That's right, these are the things that you need to do. When you diet you need to eat foods that are very typically feminine, yogurt, salads, fruit, vegetables. All of these things are very good. All of these things are excellent diet foods. You know what the women around you eat when they're on a diet. You'll start choosing these automatically, without thinking. After all, this is a curse and all of these things are going to happen automatically without thinking. You cannot resist the curse. You cannot fight it. Its just simply going to start happening and you won't have any desire to change it or stop it. It will feel so very, very natural. It will give you a very deep sense of gratification, a very deep sense of arousal. That's right, the more you work out like a woman, the more aroused, the more gratified, the better it will feel. The more often you go out and work out in a leotard or some similar attire, the better you will feel and the more your body attains a nice, beautiful female shape the more happiness and joy you will feel towards your new body. This may be a curse but its a curse you will enjoy very, very thoroughly. You can't get out of it, not by choice. No, the only way to escape this curse it to have me remove it. You are cursed. You are cursed to have a girlish figure and you will listen to this file and let it encourage you and let it force you and let it change you. Yes, that's right. You will listen to this file over and over again and you will allow it to change you. You will allow the curse to sink down deeply into your mind and you will accept it fully and completely and you will work on your girlish figure each and every day, making it more and more girlish, enjoying it more and more as you do so. Yes, that is exactly what you are going to do from now on.
