Wipe Clean 1 - Samantha Bandler Hello again welcoming to this deprogramming session from hypnorotica.biz visit us on the web at www.hypnorotica.biz for maximum enjoyment use stereo headphones my name is Samantha and I will be your guide and before we begin find a quite space in a comfortable place so you can fully absorb this deprogramming experience so get comfortable really settle in and follow me into a private place deep inside your mind allowing my words to form pictures in your mind's eye and if you haven't already close your eyes and relax feel how good it feels relaxing completely now breathing in deeply through you mouth and letting it slowly out your nose relax deeper now listening carefully to my voice ignoring sounds from outside ignoring all unimportant noises accept my voice because it is easy to concentrate on your breathing now feeling how the air is cooler as you breathe it in and warmer as you breathe it out and as you continue to concentrate on your breathing remembering a time when you were totally relaxed thinking of a time totally relaxed remember that time now remember how it felt to be totally relaxed feeling how it feels feeling totally relaxed relax deeper now feeling totally relaxed seeing yourself sitting down in a comfortable chair in a darkened room a movie theater see yourself in a movie theater watching a big screen as the film starts you see the numbers counting down and as they count down from ten to one let your body feel heavy more and more relaxed let yourself relax more and more with each number let your body become heavier until you are so relaxed until your body is so heavy that you could not move at all ten feel the feelings feeling totally relaxed nine letting go of all thoughts letting your arms become heavy eight your limbs feeling heavier feel the heavy feeling seven relaxing the shoulders relaxing the neck it feels so good feeling totally relaxed six listening to my voice with your eyes closed feeling the contentment so heavy so relaxed five and it is easier and easier to relax and let yourself drift remembering the feelings feeling totally relaxed before you let go completely and follow my voice deepener feel the heaviness spreading feel the contentment three following my voice following deeper feeling more and more relaxed feeling more and more content two totally heavy now totally relaxed feeling the contentment one feeling so heavy feeling totally relaxed and as the movie starts and in this movie a parent is reading reading a story to a child hearing it clearly hearing this voice be sure you are not listening to carefully and you also must not think overmuch because it is easy for your conscious mind to be constantly evaluating the possible meanings because words can have several meanings and when you discover alternate meanings this distracts you from the true meaning letting yourself drift watching the movie remembering a time when you were listening to a good story feeling pleasant feelings relaxing feelings feelings of contentment sending your conscious mind all the way down into your right big toe and let go and once you let go you might not hear the rest of this story and this will be fine because this story is simply the vehicle to explore feelings with don't focus on any feelings that my voice describes don't try to imagine what it feels like don't explore the sensations from your body to evaluate if they change just be indifferent just let anything my voice tells you pass through your head without consciously listening anything important will be received and understood automatically by your subconscious mind if you let it like watching the movie and as you continue to drift it might be reassuring to recognise that there is a part of your mind that knows how to learn even without knowing that it's learning which may not make sense to your conscious mind and that's all right because those parts of your mind beyond your conscious awareness are perfectly comfortable with this awareness just like the very first time you set about learning to walk it was tricky at first but you learned without even knowing how you learned or learning to count the fingers on one hand and at one point you may not have even been aware that that hand was your hand but it was and you learn that you can count the fingers your fingers one at a time and they add up to five five on each hand makes ten and you also had ten toes didn't you? any you learned that so pretty soon you just knew that without even thinking about it and when you learned to ride a bike it didn't seem at first even possible all those things to be aware of all at the same time peddling steering finding that balance it wasn't easy especially for that conscious part of your mind until it began to settle in your mind and body and you learned to put it all together as one complete action and now today you can just get on a bike and go deep down deep just like that while it's nice to know that that part of your mind is still with you here and now and can learn new ways of thinking new ways of feeling because the patterns of living that we all do are just that patterns and you really can let go of the old way and quickly learn whole new ways of being new ways of responding and really enjoy discovering that it is as easy as one two three relax deeper now let your mind drift drift down deep responding automatically to everything I say without thinking taking a moment to feel your whole body happy and relaxed feel the contentment sometimes it can be difficulty to sort out the tangle of emotions and sensations that we experience sort them out and shape them into order and sometimes we need a little help changing our behaviours in a positive way you are listening to this session because you have found that you do not want the effects of previous sessions you and I have shared together and that's okay it's okay to make the decision to look after your own best interests sometimes we fall into patterns of behaviour that we don't understand or that we don't know how to stop and it can be hard to find your way back to your normal self your inner mind is very powerful and it will protect you your inner mind is listening always and it has the power to change or end any behaviours that you do not like or that don't work for you in a way that makes you happy your mind is very powerful and it can undo suggestions as easily as when you followed them so that without effort without any ill effects you can revert to your normal self and not pay any attention whatsoever to anything that you have heard in my other sessions relax deeper now I want you to imagine picture in your mind a ball of white light this ball of white light is your inner power and it has the power to wipe clean any suggestions any and all commands that you have previously been given by me wipe them clean so you are your normal wonderful self see the ball of white light in your mind pulsing beautiful powerful and feel it as it enters your body and feel it as it fills you up with its power and purity keeping you safe washing you clean of any and all suggestions that I have given you washing you clean of any all commands that I have previously given you so that nothing remains but your normal wonderful self no thoughts in your mind but those that belong to you no compulsions save the ones you create for yourself you are completely free of any obligation to my words completely free of any desire to obey your normal wonderful self is all that remains you may if you want to reprogram yourself with my other sessions at any time but you will always know that you are completely safe because listening to this session and picturing this beautiful ball of white light will always remove any suggestions or commands that you have received from me so you always have the ability to regain complete control of your own mind and your own body safe in the knowledge that you will not react to my words and as you feel the white light inside your body cleansing you freeing you remember that your will is your own your choices are your own and your reactions are your own from this point on unless you decide to listen to my other sessions again you will not react to my words and now I am going to count from one to five and as I count you will start to come awake with the full knowledge that you are free of my suggestions one coming back into the body now two feeling so good three stretching and moving fingers and toes four totally free of my suggestions five feeling you are your normal self again.
