I don't really feel the fabric inside and it does not create any sensation when putting the suit on. The suit is too tight to let the inside have any importance at all. It is something like ribbed Nylon. And the outside is not rubber-like at all. Unstretched, it looks a bit like shiny paper but it feels like metalic lycra, very smooth and soft.
If you want soft and silky, try shiny, but not metalic, lycra.

Thanks for your quick reply! So would you recommend another swimsuit from Realise? The shiny non metallic ones or a different brand?
