Here is an interesting technique - maybe not 100% safe, but could be an inspiration. It can also be improved by having ropes lead to ankles to get hogtie lying on the stomach or standing on the knees.

There is no indication it was done by herself. So, I wouldn't call it "self-bondage", unless anybody has an idea how to tape own wrists and fingers in a ball.

Yeah this certainly doesnt look like selfbondage but looking closely it seems like her hands are inside a mitt of some sort (possibly a balloon or just a latex mitt without a proper way to keep it on) and then taped at the wrist which is much more feasible to do on your own although difficult.

Indeed. The idea of rope getting pulled in a way to limit freedom interests me quite a lot. Lots of possibilities...

I like the idea, except the collar part. Maybe with breast coils, but in self bondage you should have nothing around your neck.
