But for 5 dollars they will sew any size from a leather substitute and 10 for skin. The only drawback is that they cannot be washed.

Are ballet flats the same as pointe shoes? There is a company called Bestpointe.com who makes custom pointe shoes, maybe they make custom ballet flats as well. Perhaps they could help. I have no idea how expensive it is but they said they've made pointe shoes for guys before.
