Aside from a serious medical impairment,
there is little excuse to not get into shape.
I'm in better shape now at 46 than I was in my 20s. At some.point you just have to get so fed up with yourself and your mirror image that it will generate this intense self motivation for change.
And on top of that, even the manufacturers
like Leohex and Amoresy are catering to taller people with 3XL sizing.
