Well, this seem a bit overrated…
For me, the best way to prevent removing a pantyhose while still being able to god to the bathroom is two locked chain on the ankle, cut at just the right length for them to be tight around but not cutting the flesh to blood while walking.

I have tried the lockable ankle chain on my legs and it does not prevent me from taking off the pantybose while ankle chain is still locked in place as there is still room to slide the pantyhose off one leg at the time thru the narrow gap of chain and my ankle.
More over, there is not way I can wear those padlock ankle chains and walk around outdoors in the shopping mall and may get busted by the cops.

My idea of chasity belt pantyhose it to attach two padlock to the back and front via the chain and hooked to the waist band fabric for durability strength from ripping off.
