So, interesting thinks happen. You are trying to reduce your forms to fit into your gear, but it ends up in grown muscles, so your stuff will never fit you again.

Ideally I'd like to be about 4kg lighter but that isn't going to happen. 3kg would be good though. I'm off on vacation shortly, I'll think about it when I get back 😉

I fell for that one - went on vacation and came back another 2-3kg heavier, all that great food and beer... 😟
My target remains 10kg - I've done it before (just running and a proper diet, nothing more complicated than that), it's just that every time it gets that little bit harder to achieve...
