No, that's not what I meant. We're here to talk about bondage. Something like this:

Now we're talking. The outfit is a black leotard with thong bottom, red tights with black sheer tights layered over top, a lycra skirt for some flair, and leather ballet boots. Legs are tied with the cinch tie through the heels to keep the ropes from slipping off the knees. 2 pantyhose control top waistbands are used as elastic bands around elbows. Locking leather cuffs and a locking leather hood completes the outfit. The blindfold does allow some light at the edges but not enough to get a bearing on where you might be. The release key is just laying on the ground, maybe 10 feet away.

Now that I'm all tied, let's try posing for pictures.

Not here either. I start to panic as don't even know where I am let alone where the key is. Let's get to a seated position for a little more mobility.

Finally recognizing a piece of furniture, I made it over to the key to release the cuffs. Total time was around 30 minutes of rolling and scooting around being completely lost in the middle of my living room. I guess even the simplest of ties can be fun with proper planning and attention to the details. Hope you enjoyed and are inspired for your next session!

Me too. I stopped using handcuffs a long time ago after getting pinched and bruised wrist bones way too often. Now it's leather cuffs all the way. Mine are Strict Leather from Extreme Restraints. They even come in a variety of colors (black, red, blue, purple, & pink) Some day I'll order a full set in pink. Some day.

Me too. I stopped using handcuffs a long time ago after getting pinched and bruised wrist bones way too often. Now it's leather cuffs all the way. Mine are Strict Leather from Extreme Restraints. I'm also in the 'don't like handcuffs' club,  though I do own and very occasionally use a pair. 

I love the tightness of leather cuffs (I've posted a few sessions when I've used them) but I always struggle with the D-ring folding flat and making it so difficult to fasten (padlock, rope, etc) the two cuffs and my wrists together - any tips or suggestions?

A very big thank you for posting your session and sharing some wonderful pictures, I can almost hear you struggling across the floor to that key!  😁

I'm unable to connect the d-rings whether in front or behind my back. I have to use a padlock on the d-rings first, then fasten the cuffs on my wrists and finally attach the locks to the buckles. Working the buckle on/off is easier for me than trying to reach a lock on the d-rings.

The hood has a built-in 3" plug gag so the only sounds you would've heard me make are "Mmmmph!, Mmmmph!"

I've used leather cuffs for self bondage for many years. Metal handcuffs just aren't comfortable.

Ok, on the subject of leather cuffs, I built my own cuffs this way.
I went to the local hardware store and bought a hasp set. Back in the day, the ring part was like a half of a chain link welded to a 1”x1” steel plate. Now, it’s just a stamped price of sheet metal.
I then got some leather strap at a saddle and made my own cuffs. A complete set of ankle, wrist, neck and waist belt cost me about $30.00.

Worked great and it was custom built by me, for Me.

nope.. me too... always leather cuffs by preference!
I have combined the leather and handcuffs on occasions though...
Use the handcuffs through the D-Rings to link them together... best of both worlds

Me as well 😉 . I hate handcuffs and mostly use rope but if it comes to cuff, then a good leather lockable cuffs with padlocks is the best alternate.
