Not bad.
The rear cut of that leotard looks suspiciously like a men's.

I was reading recently about the rules of rhythmic gymnastics and how you lose points for un-tucking your leotard's wedgie. I've heard of Japanese schoolgirls using 'sock-glue' to keep their socks at the fashionable half-mast height before but apparently UK gymnasts glue their leo's in place with 'Pritt Stick'.
Just saying...

There are actual glue sticks today, one us called 'Stick-It'. I've seen it in dance wear shops. Before that, spray adhesive was used or a really tacky hair spray like Aqua Net, which had a very strong hold. I know in aerobics some girls would wear a sanitary pad under a liner leotard and then wear their performance tights/leotard over.

It's a thing in cosplay for guys crossplaying female characters to wear a sanitary pad. Two reasons, if the costume's tight it covers the two slight bumps left by tucking but also it absorbs any leakage caused by '...what you're wearing or the attention you're getting'.

Does that one looks like the pictures? Is the fabric like a real leotard (as in good stretch in both directions)?

Stretches only a little, just as a wetlook fabric. I would prefer to get one wide as L or XL only but long as XXXL, but despite it, it is still pretty good.
