Between Eugene and Bend Oregon. The storm hit a narrow stretch of Oregon but did major damage to utilities.

I've been through that area before going to Clear Lake.  Super pretty and super remote over there.  If you get tired of freezing, you could always come over here where I'm at on the coast in Florence.

LOL, Florence Oregon is not quite as flooded as Florence Italy... though somedays it seems like it just might.  We get a lot of rain but the ocean stabilizes our temperatures quite a bit so it rarely ever freezes here.
All we need now, is an earthquake in Southern California to split the state in two.
