Hi. I publish this topic here because, although it does not really have to do with self hypnosis, it is the invitation to another mental state.

Do you like to play some particular music during moments of self-satisfaction?
When I discovered that possibility I was making a list of songs that I find stimulating. Over time I also learned to look for sounds to accompany them (compiled from audios of whipping, moaning or other sounds that feed the fetish)

Human Nature is a powerful song. His power and eroticism disturbed me the first time I witnessed him. So much so that years later I searched for the song until I found it. Since then it's still part of my private gallery. I think it has an enormous value to purge feelings of guilt and revalue one's own satisfaction and self-esteem.
