OK, BT does have great guys (especially if you know whom to call), but the way the processes, management, and general work are organized ... is ... let's say, they can be improved (the same is true for our company, though...) ... 😇😂

And this is something completely different. Something like throwing garbage right on the plain in front of the university (that was in Glasgow, AFAIR) to give work to the cleaners, and to support them this way.
