Can you train that back arch? Or are their spines made of some kind of rubber?

General flexibility. Plus when I stand I always try to arch my back - belly in, ass out. And if nobody is watching - just do that, then relax, repeat, etc.
Apparently I did the ass out thing for years without realising it and it was a large contributor to my hernia and recent surgery. So doing it knowingly is probably fine but doing it all the time (even during workouts) puts you at risks for lower back problems.
There's always the 'Cat' yoga pose thing.

Wow... All my life I did the opposite (martial arts training makes sure you have your tail between your legs π).
