Do you know if such suits exist in real life? Or is it completely your creation?
I didn't seen something like that in real life. Just solid (not see through) suits with this geometry are present in online stores. But it's not a problem to apply a nice texture to any object - it's an undisputed benefit of 3D graphics, my models can do anything but real people often can't. You can look at my website and you'll find more girls clad in this sexy leotard and/or ask me for custom gallery with this suit.

And today's fresh picture!

There are companies based in the far east who make costumes for kathoey shows who would be able to do that. So far as I know they're happy to supply to the west, at least I've seen them advertising drag queen costumes on evilbay at less-than-ridiculous prices.
Unfortunately 3D objects that I'm using in drawing process are such things as real life clothing. Any clothing piece or any other prop from real life is absolutely unusable in 3D virtual background. It's a pity, because you are right - there are too much of interesting clothing things available in online stores, but that's for real life only  😟

And fresh sample!

The tights that the poor guy is wearing is another thing I'm looking for in Real Life. I need pantyhose that will not be visible above swimming trunks/briefs. Something like very low-waist tights.
It was an unusual custom pantyhose made specially by request of customer.

Fresh!
