"Now what are you going to do with me?"

I remember the one time a Mistress put an armbinder on me. She was kinda amazed that I could get my arms back that far (years of Aikido!) and I was amazed at how submissive it made me feel, very exposed and vulnerable, but in a super nice way... Ah memories!

Thanks to Aikido I have serious problems with shoulders and knees 😂 Before I could bring my elbows almost together.

... sport is not healthy ...

Truth be told, I do have a weird "bump" on the back of my left shoulder, nothing major, and Aikido is probably to blame... Where I used to train, there was regular Aikido dojos and what I used to call "extra strength" Aikido. The latter was always out of my league (and interest) and I heard that people could get seriously "thumped" as they used to call it. Weird for a martial art that roughly translates as "the way of harmonious spirit..." I'll stick to bike riding and hiking these days thank you very much 😊

Ain't "strength" (physical one) and "Aikido" mutually exclusive?

Sounds more like Daito-ryu 😁 Not that you can't be brutally thrown on the mat with a loud PLOP in Aikido (feather fall is the answer here - but wrong feather falls from irimi-nage was the culprit in my case, I mastered feather-falls from, say, kote-gaeshi, but dislocated the shoulder when was training the irimi-nage ukemi...).
