But you haven't received them yet....
That's why I wrote ' I await with bated breath...   😉

Cos had been ignoring my emails recently. It may be my putting the official County Court reference number in the latest header gained his attention, he must have seen a few of those before. But now the County Court system's been set in in progress everything's out of my hands anyway, I can't even halt the process until after the Court informs me that the claim's been officially served on Cos.K.London Ltd at their registered address. The law assumes that happens five working days after the issuing of the claim and if what Cos tells me is (for once) believable I should have my boots by then.

That said, if  I end up having spend more in order to get a court order and send bailiffs around to his house to take his goods away for auction to compensate me I will.

If he thinks he can steal from me and just walk away he's very mistaken.
Nothing gets more response than a notice served by a federal court judge.
Good show.
Posted by someone (not me) n the 'Fabulously Fetish' facebook page yesterday:

Brian Foster I filed a fraud report with London Police on Constantinos Kyriacou. I even reached out to Cos and offered to retract the report if he would simply refund this now 16 month old order. So far he has yet to even acknowledge. I hope with the active web storefront that more people are not falling victim to this scam.
I asked for a tracking number and received an email

Your boots have been dispatched this morning by Royal mail first class signed for, tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXGB.
They may possibly be delivered to you tomorrow or Monday. Please let me know once they arrive and that all is OK with them.

The  XXXXXXXXXXXXGB  number is not recognized by the Royal Mail tracking website.

GRRRRR!
Sometimes it takes a few hours before a tracking number is valid.
You should try the number late tonite or tomarrow morning.
I complained and was told

'Hi,
Sorry, it should be XXXXXXXXXXXYGB'.

The new number works; a package is on its way to me.
The positie's just arrived...

...I HAVE MY BOOTS!

[attachment=18946]

The white package is from Libidex, pics will be in the 'Cosplay' topic shortly 😊
Having tried the boots on I'm not convinced they're 'made to measure' - I have thick ankles - but frankly I'm so glad to receive anything at all that I won't complain. To be fair, their quality is excellent (and their leathery smell is amazing), they're beautiful boots but the grief I had to go through to get them, never again.
Wooooooo hooooo!!!!
About time!
As I'd bought them for my  Pfeiffer Catwoman costume I had to give them a tryout with the catsuit and I must admit, they do look the business...
😊

As an aside, when i had the first one half laced I thought 'these laces aren't going to be anywhere long enough' but they were in fact spot-on, exactly the right length to tie and tuck in the military style. I hate when you see huge floppy bows on lace-up boots. Like Michelle's boots these only have laces, no zips. That said, even if you discount Michelle's stunt double's flats Catwoman wears at least two pairs of boots in the movie with different heel  heights.
