I recall the much missed Gord (www.houseofgord.com) using foam in some of his amazing predicaments, and how the heat it generated was a challenge for the ladies (of course his ladies all went in encased in Lycra or plastic or latex or some combination of those, so toxicity wasn't mentioned).
