Roanyer has a lot of that stuff (haven't seen those eyes though). You can get to their site via aliexpress, or via fictionmania.tv of which they are sponsor. The way you enter is apparently a little bit different between the two methods. And of course the direct way is roanyer.com.

Yea, I believe that the eyes were a bit of makeup. The actual holes to see through are pretty small.

But that is what I have seen before.
