ok must just be me that had not seen it before.. why would you have pantyhose under latex?
Does it make it easier to get it on?
is it a "sweat barrier"?

I like the texture of teh latex... much rather have skin in contact with that personally!

Think of:

a different texture

or colour mix, or adding a glass shine to otherwise dull pantyhose (with interesting pattern, xolour, laxe, whatever), or adding 3d pattern, or ... don't we have a separate thread for that?
