I'm tempted to call the theme of today's post 'Kinky Yoga' or maybe 'Stretching limits', some images could even be called 'perverted pretzels ', but I think I shall go for 'Bound bundles'

- let's warm-up with some simple positions

- touch your toes, legs straight

- now work those thighs

- (animated) legs back, behind you head, you can do it

- now curl forwards

- (animated) bend further, you can do it

- pair up with a friend and go again

and finally

- relax....
