late answer: Yes, the singer is the original "Monsieur 1000 Volts". He had a very electrifying effect on all women around him. And I was referring to the electrostatic produced when wearing pvc in the dry winter time. I also posted the video, because I am sure all the women in it are wearing real nylons 😉 !
