I have them. They are indeed miniscule, they don't fill your mouth or throat at all, but the (very stiff) end of it will hit your uvula *hard* and make you drool insanely well. I like it for that reason even if I was initially disappointed with the size.

Yep, it should be ~12cm to sit comfortably without blocking the breathing.

Yes, exactly. It should be bent a bit. If it's too short and not bent, it blocks the airpath through to the nose.

It's easier to try by yourself. Find a 3-3.5cm thick 20cm long flexible dildo and experiment 😉
