What effect would the vibrator have in a gag?  Genuinely can't really imagine what sensation that would be, maybe side from your teeth getting shaken.

Can personally confirm it does nothing fun. Put my hush buttplug in my mouth alongside a gag one time, I washed the butt plug very thoroughly before hand and hadn’t used it in ages at that point. End result was that it didn’t really feel like much, the vibration made my teeth and jaw vibrate a little but it mostly just made my tongue feel weird. Could be useful for a distraction or just to occupy the senses during a long bondage session but otherwise eh.

I have one that goes in deep. If you turn the vibrating part on, your gag reflex goes in overdrive. If you only have something the size of a ball gag, I do not think it would do very much.

Damn, that thought is a sudden EOTD for me... Now I kind-of regret buying the nonvibrating version (I got M and L).
