Spoiler Content tool - how to use it?

I'm struggling to use the 'Spoiler Content' tool - nothing I try seems to work.

I get the pop-up open ok, but whatever I try to do, nothing happens.

   

Obviously a case of PICNIC, but.....

Help?

As for the editor button - I think some styles are missing. Need to look into it after the forum upgrade.
