Vacbeds can be a lot of fun but are really only viable with a partner IMO...and even Mad_Scientist professed this despite him apparently making an exception.  Long ago I swore no matter how much I wanted to, I'd never bring true breath play into my self-bondage scenes... just too dicey... but if you get the opportunity with a partner, I highly recommend it if you like tight/constricted bondage.
