I don't know if its me who is writing this or Raphaela or Samantha. Those wondering why the details of so many of SB's files are very hard to remember afterwards must not have listened to the end of her files while not under trance. They contain suggestions to forget all the details consciously. The exact wording varies but typically is something like the following.
