Samantha Bandler/Sez hypnosis
I have been listening to trance training series, compliance series, and D.A.R.E. for three weeks now and have only gotten up to Compliance 303 and TTP4 since I am enjoying my time with the files and feel no need to rush. Also, I am not listening "every day" since everyday life and stresses can get in the way and I don't like associating negative feelings with hypno, so I have skipped a day here and there, which have only caused me to go even deeper when I return the next day.

I had a lot of mental walls before but I found that these files are experienced best when I follow a few distinct strategies listed below.

Not thinking too hard about it, not getting to frantic sexually, and not forcing myself to follow a strict schedule have all helped me with these files. Last time I tried these files, I put waaaay to much effort into it and I collapsed in on myself. Giving yourself the freedom to enjoy whatever happens naturally is really enjoyable!

The key phrase here is to "get rid of expectations" and just throw on a file and let the magic happen. What works well for me is I picture a gazebo in a darkened backyard and that takes my thoughts off of things. I used to find myself "checking" my body to see if the triggers have an effect, which actually makes the triggers less effective. Now, instead, I just picture the gazebo and it helps me relax. Am I getting aroused by the voice? It doesn't matter - I just look at the gazebo. Am I dropping deeper when I am triggered? It doesn't matter - I just look at the gazebo.

I also used to find myself obsessively checking how many times I had listened to each file so that I could graduate to the next file in the sequence, since some files are recommended to be listened to at least three times, five times, etc. before continuing. This time, however, I don't keep track. I actually am losing track of which files I listen to each day, but I know when it is time to move on - when I finish a file and I just know that I have gotten to a point where I am ready.

Another thing that's very important? I don't ever listen to a file that I'm not in the mood for. Almost never have I ever thrown on a file when in a bad mood or stressed and then had a good experience. Every time I have done that, it has always led to me transferring those negative feelings to the file which is what causes me to give up and stop listening altogether. If I'm feeling sick, or stressed, or overly horny and starving for sexual stimulation, then it's very difficult for me to let go of those feelings and let the file do it's work. If I'm sick? I take a day off and eat well and get plenty of sleep. If I'm stressed? I take care of work that needs to be done and reduce the causes of stress, then I rest and recuperate. If I'm aggressively horny? I tire myself out by exercising. Still horny? I find another form of sexual release that doesn't conflict with the files. If the thought ever enters your mind that "this is pointless I should stop" or "I'm so impatient I need to climax NOW" because of any of these things, then I guarantee you, let it sit for a day (or two if needed) and you will thank yourself when you find that you drop soo much deeper when you inevitably return.

Finally - the key part of the puzzle - is Samantha.
Making sure that Samantha is properly compensated for the files in one way or another since a lot of work is put into them,
Getting in touch with Samantha to share how your experience went,
and always following all the suggestions the way that you feel they should be followed.

The reason why I really like this content is because it doesn't explicitly tell you to do too many things (beyond some explicit things here and there which are 'mostly' easy to predict from the description), and anything you DO do you only do because you 'feel' like it should be done. Now, I've heard a lot of people claim that some of the suggestions are 'unethical' because they are not all clearly explained up front. However, I personally am glad that a lot of the file is beneath the surface and a mystery, and it would be a great disservice if everything was exposed from the description. It even says on the agreement on the site that "I understand that when I gain access to this site, I will be exposed to material deliberately designed to influence me." For someone with my tastes, that statement makes me really horny. If that kind of content makes you feel uncomfortable, then that is fine! That may just mean that this is not the content for you right now.

So, that's why I say that 'following all the suggestions the way you feel like they should be followed' is so important. If you feel like you should be doing something after waking up from trance, going ahead and doing it will make the trance work so much more. Make sure you understand your limits when you are fully awake (and not horny) and set clear boundaries beforehand so that it is easier to let go and follow the suggestions during trance. And - it's okay to redefine your boundaries over time! Just not when you're horny.

EDIT: Removing sources of distraction is essential! I unfollowed a lot of other hypnotists and stopped surfing so many hypno porn sites recently because modern brains are programmed to move on to the next thing right away and it is easy to get distracted and that is OK! However, by removing sources of distraction, and occupying myself with other productive activities to fill the time (work, college, tv shows/movies, nonsexual hobbies, whatever it is for you) it is actually very easy to stay on one track. You can dig ten short holes and never find anything, or dig just one deep hole and find treasure. So pick something and stick with it! For a while, at least...

So, on the topic of HFO.

If your goal is to get an HFO, there are several ways to go about it and get minimal results from a wide assortment of sources. However, I'd definitely recommend patience over instant gratification. Taking the time to learn how to go deep and get comfortable with a hypnotist's voice will make your experience a lot better. And - you might find something even greater than just an HFO waiting for you. Reading up on hypnosis subjects who trained extensively with the "because" series by Nikki Fatale was my main inspiration for this approach, despite myself never training with those files, the people who did found a lot of success with patience and perseverance.

I know that most people are not able or willing to put in the same style and amount of engagement with the files that I do. That doesn't mean that my experience is automatically better than theirs. Actually, it's quite the opposite! My approach works for me. Their approach works for them! So I just want to share what works for me. However, if someone in this board just wants to jerk off to the YT vids, then have at it!

I *do* manage to do all of that while working and attending college classes, and I manage at the very least to subscribe to the subscribestar page (which is only 5 bucks a month if that's all you can do) so it can be comfortably worked in to most lifestyles. I have a roommate so I keep my volume down on my headphones and stick to mainly audio during the night so they don't notice. So all I am trying to say is that *if* getting deeper into trance and training more effectively with these files long term is your goal, then is is DEFINETLY possible and attainable even for someone with financial obstacles and a home environment that limits their free alone time. And, you can do that while being productive in your other parts of your life as well.

So any approach you take is good, as long as it matches with you and you are patient with yourself and don't try too hard. That's the beauty of these files, despite being

EDIT: You may be surprised at how much better an HFO feels after getting in touch with Samantha and being guided along a path to get there. Despite being active since 2013, they have always responded to my emails within a week, which is great compared to a some other hypnotists who burn out and give up trying to respond to emails. I don't know how that compares with other people's experiences, since I've only been active with these files over the last couple years, but every email was replied to reasonably and thoughtfully.

I have read that Samantha Sez Taken is quite a powerful file for HFO for when the time comes...

What are your thoughts on TTP4-7? I quite liked 4 and 7. 5 and 6 seem to have suggestions for being limp in it, which I don't like unfortunately. Listening to edited 7 without the wake-up ending on a loop was quite something. I felt really hard and throbbing all the time while being quite relaxed and kinda out of my body.
