Is there a post anywhere on etiquette?  IE ask permission before leeching, don't leech more than XYZ, sharing ratios, etc?  I plan to leave my share up 24/7.

I'm somewhat new here and when I started adding RS certs I worked from the newest backward. I'm now working from the oldest messages in the thread forward. I notice that nowadays if someone posts a non-Tor cert someone will pipe up and say "Hey that's not a Tor/DarkNet cert" and then the user will regenerate it as a Tor/DarkNet cert and repost.

I notice that in the early days of this thread there are a lot of posts of non-Tor certs. Should I or should I not add those? Is there any increased risk involved?

Do not add non-Tor certs. They are recreated as Tor ones.
