So I’ve gone through this site for years now and have enjoyed the ideas that people come up with. I’ve grown tired of the standard hogties and spread eagle and want to try something a little more unique. I also tend to get bored easily while in selfbondage and once I cum just want to get out of it. Any ideas are welcomed and willing to send pictures as long my face doesn’t  to show.

Maybe not to your taste, but find a mistress (or fellow SB'er). My first experience after over a decade of self bondage was amazing. There has been nothing like realizing I was finally truly helpless for the first time. Of course, being dressed in a unitard, corset, heels, etc. (and the mistress was similarly dressed) added a lot to the experience! 😊

Okay, here's a ball tie to try.
For an outfit use some combo of pantyhose and bodysuit plus the ballet boots. The boots will enhance the feeling of the tie. However you prefer, tuck your "unmentionables" behind you somehow and place the egg vibrator down there as well. Tie off your ankles, or use the ankle cuffs if they're more comfortable. Use rope on your knees but not too tight. Make it loose to snug as it will get tighter later. Tie a chest harness on or as little as a rope around your upper chest. Have some extra rope coming from this to be tied to your knees. Start around 18" to 24" so it's not too extreme. You can always shorten this another time to increase the fold of the tie. Apply a gag as you prefer. Switch on the vibrator and get ready. Here we go.. Snap on those wrist cuffs and you're set. Did you remember to leave the key accessible?

You mentioned that your legs got "tingly" during other ball ties. My guess is the knee rope was too tight. Keep it slightly loose and don't make the knee-to-chest rope too short.

Something I just thought of, your feet will be dangling around. You could try running a rope from your ankles, behind your back, and up to the chest harness. Connecting the wrists to your ankles in this tie can be very straining. Placing the wrist cuffs under this rope may help to hold them down without putting that strain on your wrists. I never tried this, but it seems possible.

I like the items you chose but how about the bondage. I’ll also add a fair amount of tights because it’s not selfbondage without a few pairs on.

The shorter the hand/leg-cuff chains, the stricter the hogtie. Done that (but without the ballet heels) 😉
