As I guessed, lots of files are renamed duplicates - check the attached MD5 checksums.

I downloaded what's left from WMM, and removed all the duplicates with the same MD5 sum. This list has been updated:

I bet there are still duplicates with diff checksum because of minor adjustments, like MP3 tags.
