Which imo has its own potential dangers, and should be kept in mind as a possible influence of the files.

I actually relate to that feeling. That’s part of why I enjoy the files so much. They can create such an intense headspace that, for a while, it’s all I want to think about, and honestly I wish that feeling could last forever.

That said, I also think you’re right that it’s worth being aware of the potential downsides. Anything that becomes so consuming that it starts pushing everything else aside can become unhealthy if you’re not careful.
