One pair for bottoms, insert with leg folded, twist at knee and double back up thigh. Maybe mark and add some stiches to keep in place for easier donning.
One pair for arms, crotch cut out. Same again with twist and stich.
Then just one leg for head - Gives a spare for more frequent washing due to gag drooling 😋
