New forum structure

o- the "Inventory" forum has been deleted and all threads from this forum were moved to corresponding sub-forums.

o- some sub-forums were merged together

o- new fetish sub-forums (heels, PVC)

o- new eBay threads

o- moved many threads to other most appropriate sub-forums


Next step is to add sub-forums for shopping, shops review, eBay shops, etc.

Added subforums for shops. It was discussed many times, but I could not find a convenient method to implement this. It could be a separate forum (like "Inventory" before) or subforums in the existing forums (Latex, Lycra, etc.) Let's see if this works.

Any ideas what to do with "Masks and Gags" and "Plugs, vibrators and watersport toys"? Probably they can be merged with the "General" subforums (Fetish -> General, Bondage -> General).
