So I remember on the strange and unusual gags page their was a gag which was a silicone tube threaded through the nose and down the throat and to the mouth and I thought hey what if I did that?
Turns out the video was done apparently by a masochist and I am not one. To do this you need both an extremely high pain tolerance and determination.

I will describe the experience so you don't have to. It's like the first time you did urethral sounding if you did it with no lube and instead of one sphincter that you have to get through you have 3 and they are all very stiff and raw. The pain is white hot with no variants. It is exceptionally painful and I involuntarily cried from the pain. Thankfully as long as you can bear it it is very localized and you can keep on with enough determination. However simultaneously you feel like you snorted pepper grinds and you keep sneezing and for me personally and endless snot stream formed. The sneezing is particularly annoying as you will try to draw your head back and move the tube back out which resets you progress.
This however was not the greatest difficulty which as of now I am trying to solve. A stiff enough tube that can go through all three cartilage/bone sphincters is stiff enough to resist bending which causes the tube to hit the back of the nasal cavity which is fairly painful. I am trying to bend the tube by using a brass wire that retains its shape and inserting it into a small silicone tube which is inserted into a larger on that is inside the nose. Will report on how that goes.

eady am. Silicone can be stiff. The metal wires are well shielded inside a smaller silicone tube.
