When I saw this on amazon, I read the sizing carefully and ordered, simply had to try.

Unlike what the image might imply, it is just a bag, slightly body-shaped and with a wide lower end to keep the legs. There are no inside sleeves.
But, at approximately the right height, there are two "leather" rings to stick the wrists through, right next to the zipper. If the bag is tight enough, this should probably keep the arms in place once the zipper is closed. It also comes with a 1m string that fits just through the handles of the zippers. Zipper is two-way and starts near the crotch, ends at the top of the head.
The bad points first:
I ordered it too large because I wanted to make sure, that I really fit in from head to toes. Well, I might order another one, one or two sizes smaller, eventually, perhaps even probably...
The inside held a horrible stench, nothing like PCV, PU or similar. I think, the item had been desinfected with gas. This went away after two days.
The hood is small and almost airtight. I will have to make some holes at least, perhaps punch a few metal eyelets into the front. Later on, I might even make holes for the eys, but that is quite challenging (getting the posotions right, stitching seams etc.).
The inside is something like fleece (some people might like it, I don't). This also means, that it is quite warm inside, which is good or bad, depending on the environment.
The good points:
The zipper is of reasonably good quality, large handles with big eyes to fit the string, that comes with the bag. I wonder, if the maker had self-bondage in mind.
The fabric seems to be strong enough to survive for a while.
First try:
I tied the string to the lower zipper handle. Then I pulled up the upper zipper handle completely in order to avoid wearing the hood.
I entered the bag legs first and closed the lower zipper end as far as possible with my hands. Then I pulled the string over my right shoulder and to the front and wrapped the upper part of the bag around my chest and arms. Then I slowly pulled on the string and the zipper went up with almost no resistance. I helped with a shrugging movement of my right shoulder.
Then I moved the string back, off my shoulder and was able to pull the zipper down again. Next, I put the string over my shoulder again and put my wrists into the rings, then closed the zipper again. I had to shrug a bit more, but it closed nicely again.
I let go of the string and enjoyed this position for a while. The bag is fairly wide and I could stretch my legs much further than on the picture. Soon I noticed, that I was able to pull my hands out of the rings without opening the zipper.
Second try:
Similar to the first one, not really worth mentioning, except for showing, that this thing is enjoyable as it is.
Ideas:
Add a belt around the hip
Put some holes into the hood for breathing (metal eyelets should work)
Get another one but smaller size. I asked the seller for the length of other sizes.
I did measure the bag, so here are the measurements for size 3XL:
Overall length (knee to top of the head) 160 cm
Neck to knees 120 cm
Width around chest (half circumference): 57 cm
Width at knees (half circumference): 33 cm
The hood length of 40 cm is actually fine. The widest flat width is 28 cm, the collar width 21 cm.
I'd like the length about 120 cm, neck to knees, width not sure, perhaps 5-10 cm less at the chest. It is stretchy, so even 10 cm might work, if the zipper doesn't fail then.
For partner play, I would add a narrow collar where the zipper handles can be locked at. I think, this would also look neater.
I don't know, how to possibly take any photos of myself in this bag, so I don't.
PS: If the two zipper handles are connected with a padlock, there is no way out. It could be fun to do that, with the key somewhere else on the floor, then figure out, how to open the lock... Or use an ice timer. I think, it might be challenging, but not impossible, to operate the lock, once you have the key.
