Yes, if you are brave and responsible enough. But most people are not. So, they need a nudge and shifting the responsibilities to the hypnotist. Also, hypnosis and brainwashing change the limits, resistance, rational thinking, beliefs and wishes.

I agree with this view. I read a lot of messages of people posting as BB or ditsy girls, and I'm never sure how serious they are or whether it's just roleplaying. If that's what you enjoy, go for it! But it does make it hard to tell if anyone has really been affected by hypno to that level or whether it's all just an act.

My experience so far, even when I've had profound moments, has always been more random and subconscious. Like frequently browsing women's clothing and adding things to my online shopping carts, or having blank moments at very specific moments like when I had my selfbondage blunder. I find that most days when I'm alone I don't even think or pre-meditate dressing up anymore, it's almost automatic.

And obviously the way we seem to keep drifting back to the hypno files even when we complain about how boring they are or how they don't work...
