The trick is finding the right ring size and angle, which makes pulling out too painful to want to do it.
With enough force, any plastic/nylon cage can be bent & broken or cut. I find the CKs as stable as the HTs (original & clones, have both) & both of those much more stable than the Cobras. Metal is ofc stronger, but the locks on all of them are the weakest link & can be defeated or if a padlock cut. I never got that desperate to get out, fortunately.

If the ring is too tight, you can't wear it for longer than a couple of hours because of swelling and chaffing. Been there ... painful... and still escapable...

I've had it myself and can tell you.

In my experience, a snug cotton thong or a chastity ring belt (https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B0CYC36FSG/ ) helps a lot.
I prefer the former. They cause the growth to be inside of you behind the ring which is still pressed against your body and then not painful. This will put more pressure on your bladder/prostate when you do grow and you will have to pee more often. It also allows for slightly larger ring sizes - *if* the cage angle (aka "ball gap") is correct for the ring and does not allow your testis to slip through. As always YMMV, our anatomies are all different and opinions on chastity vary widely.

Interesting - I can only go by my physical feeling when wearing either of the two smallest cages is that of no erection at all, internal or otherwise. 

Also, when removing the cage there was no sign of any kind of erection either (even though I was in a mood that normally would have created one) - it didn't 'pop out' stiff, if you see what I mean.  😕
