Accidental Bambi moments

Am I the only one this has happened to? Occasionally someone will use the Bambi Sleep voice for some commercial or something, and I feel a little tingle in my clitty as it hits home. Just recently I was watching a documentary about "consumption culture", and it used the voice as an instructor "Sasha", teaching us how to consume. I sort of thought of it as a new set of lessons, and spent the entire time praying for a "good girl".

I've definitely heard the voices or sound effects used in other stuff and gotten a little thrill and started blushing. Luckily I can hide it pretty well so far!

Went on a train ride the other day, first time in years.

We had to make an emergency stop along the way, so when the engine sounds died down and it was all quiet, I could hear the faint, but still very distinct Bambi trigger sounds (the chime, "good girl" and popping bubbles) coming from the headphones of someone sitting one row across/ahead of me.

For a second I was tempted to silently mouth "good girl" if our eyes had met, but they did not.

I hear wind chimes on the neighbors porch, or switch on windshield wipers under a steady beating rain is all it takes for me. Someone slurping too loudly on their lollipop or ice cream cone. I start drifting into bimbo Bambi bliss. Omigod.
