The metainfo in the file does not show anything useful either, except Picasa and Hewlett-Packard 😁 For some strange reason, I think the photo is made in Russia or around. Yandex might help.

It doesn't. I just accidently found on tumblr the link to this site. I tried Yandex and Google, tried different versions of image (i mean, different size). No luck. And most of the sources posted it 1-2 years ago, some of them copied the picture from your site.
