I've used the oxballs version. Very comfortable and easy to use. I've also used the cock&ball ring from oxballs and also experienced the pinching. But the ball ring on the sheet is not as tall as the one on the cock&ball ring, and its softer an thus stretches more so long-term wear is alot more comfortable. Didn't pinch at all.
