Yea, I was thinking the same thing.
The shortest one would be easer to take while the 10cm would be hard to swallow.

I would suggest you to try by yourself - a 12x3cm soft dildo would be ideal. Just slowly push it inside your mouth/throat and breath through the nose. At around 7-8 cm it will become difficult, then (~8-9)the dildo will block the airflow completely, and after it enters the throat (~10-11) the breathing will become easy again.
