Summer is coming, back to shaving - shineytight - 18 Feb 2023

Whilst the last week has been milder here, I thought it must be time to indulge in the full body shave again. So seen as I was about shower, out came the clippers then the razor...it feels so good to be entirely smooth again. I had forgotten how great it feels wearing lycra and smooth 😊

Arrghh.... Any ways to change her mind? Pretty much all sporters remove hair.

I have the same problem, my GF likes my legs hairy and has refused to contemplate me removing the fluff!

I've tried arguing that I run and cycle,  but it hasn't worked so far....

What about "dropping" a suggestion, that hairy legs look dirty?

BTW, one of the main reasons why sporters remove hair is sport massage.

It's no use. I complain all the time, applying sunblock is really annoying on hairy legs not to mention the amount of dirt and bugs sticking to them afterwards. On the other hand if I shave my legs where do I stop? I'm pretty much hairy everywhere, it will be a full time job keeping everything smooth. Luckily for me they're very light coloured hairs so it's not to bad unless I'm wearing nylons.

At this point in time, I have bodyhair on my belly only 😬

Why?

I don't have hair there right now - but that's another story  😁

Seriously though, why?

If I could go hairless from the waist down, then I would quickly make it 'hairless from the neck down'!

@Like Ra  - Do we need to break this discussion out into a new thread? Or is there an existing one we could move it to?

There should be a shaving/epilation related thread. Let me check...

About 20 years ago I got myself an epilation machine and epilated my legs for about a year. After that the hairs stopped coming back. I do not have the same success though with other parts of my body.
