I found the picture on one of the “chan”s on the Internet. The girl is obviously in trouble. The specially built latex leotard keeps her inescapably bound and the only release mechanism failed.

Unfortunately , the author (Megabondagedaemon or A.D.I.D.A.S - Anime Damsels In Distress Alternate Scenes) has removed all his work from the site for personal reasons.
