“Vicis est viaticus” or “time is money”, we all know that. We all “leave something for later” from times to times. Sometimes it works, sometimes the consequences are dramatic or severe, but sometimes it’s just “too late” with no real pain or loss, but frustration and annoyance.

Here’s an example. I used to periodically check zentaioid.blogspot.com for new photos. I never saved any of them, because I was always within a pair of clicks from that site. The only exception I made for 3 (out of 10 or something) hi-rez photos of Elena Dementieva (here the wiki article, if you do not know who she is). Next day the site was gone with the only words “I’m sorry”. Of course, you can’t save everything and predict everything and be in time for everything, but still pity…

But back to Elena and why I saved at least three photos. How often do you see top sporters in pantyhose? And in sheer pantyhose? And in sheer shiny pantyhose? And in sheer black shiny pantyhose? Exactly.

Was reading new on ad.nl and stumbled upon this photoset about All-Star Game on the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. Apart from the best NBA players the public enjoyed cheerleaders, Shakira and Alicia Keys.

Sounds scary, doesn’t it? But in reality it was a photo session for Russian XXL magazine (4 photos). Potap and Nastya (Потап и Настя) is an R&B duet from Ukraine.

Nastya is known for her voice, face and figure (BTW, see her in shiny silver latex like leggings below) and Potap is known for “falling trousers” (same photo below).

Just as the subject says. Her name is Slava (Слава) and she’s a Russian singer. As far as I know this photo was made during the “Moscow Fashion Week spring/summer 2008″.

Literally. Eyes closed. Mouth open. Jaw-dro[o|p]pingly-cute.

Can you imagine the rest? What is hidden? What caused this expression on Emma’s face? We can dream, can’t we?

A Welsh classical-popular singer Katherine Jenkins performed at club night G-A-Y in London in a latex dress and 8″ platform heels. It WAS rubber, not PVC, wetlook lycra, plastic or any other materials mentioned some media. Katherine herself said that. Period.

She did not mention who the maker was, whether the dress was lined with silk or nylon, how it was felt, but there is another worth mentioned thing: hundreds of Swarovsky crystals glued on her skin. It took 3 hours to apply them on one by one with tweezers.

Another missing post. Milla Jovovich in an ad-campaign for TSUM Moscow. I can’t tell if she’s wearing latex pantyhose or stockings (I think stockings, though, but prefer to think of tights) but the latex garment blends so smoothly and naturally with the rest of the clothes, so I can’t imagine it being replaced with “plain” nylons or even … nothing.

Note the different colours (e.g white latex is a very unusual material in the fashion world), transparent latex stockings with black back seams, red latex stockings with very sheer black nylon ones worn on top and transparent opera length latex gloves. (See? Black latex stockings are already considered usual and normal ;-)

By the way, no latex is mentioned in the clothes description. Bad…

This post was missing after one of the crashes years back. Does anybody know for sure if she’s wearing latex or PVC stockings?

Or what do you think was going on and she was saying?

BTW, I would wear thin (and most likely shiny) pantyhose under the fishnets and shorts.
