   Well, that should keep your head up.
   Of course you’ll miss a $20 that is lieing at your foot.

   On the Anal hook, If you have short hair and a gag harness, then you can do the same thing. A rope connecting the harness to the anal hook, pulled tight.

   That will also keep your head up as well.

   Yes, I can see that. A strap connected from the armbinder, through the anal hook and bach up to the head/gag harness. Pull tight and enjoy yourself.

   I wonder, just how are you going to get out?
   I don’t think farting would would help.

   It’s not a very complex trick to tie someone one so that person will not be able to escape. The trick is to make it escapable after a certain period of time ;-)
